For obvious reasons, I have to keep moderation on, for new commenters.
You will be published when I check in on my blog. I don’t have an army of moderators here, it’s just me and I’m very, very busy. It rarely takes more than twelve hours.
After that you should be able to comment automatically unless WordPress has flagged you as a spammer. I’ll still have to manually approve in those circumstances.
If you don’t get published after twenty four hours, then I probably found your comment annoying and I spammed you. I have no time for Gammas.
This blog is for my ego gratification, not yours.

Nah, you’re already on the approved list. Although if you’ve been frequently spammed elsewhere, WordPress might put you back into Awaiting Approval, without my permission.
